I AM CURRENTLY WORKING WITH CENTRAL STATISTICAL OFFICE AS A SYSTEMS PROGRAMMER (From 2007 1st October to date....)
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDES:
• Develop in house software.
• Development of Database application software.
• Editing the screens manually using the source documents
• Developing data entry screens for different projects
• Train the data entry operators on how to enter different data
• Receive source documents submitted from the Data control and subsequently capture the same into a readable form in order to facilitate the accessing of Data by application Software.
• Check and ensuring completeness of batched source documents in order to ensure effective quality control.
• Entering data accurately into computer readable form in order to facilitate further processing.
• Verifying effectively data sets already captured in order to minimize the risk of incorrect data sets.
• Backing up systematically all captured/verified data sets reroute to data control in order to ensure safe storage.
• Maintaining effectively a systematic record of all source documents received, data captured/verified and backup data sets in order to ensure high quality control.
